Marketing Manager: Environmental Design & Merchandising, 2019 - Present

Created and launched the Themed Event & National Food Holiday Merchandise program, seeing a 60% increase in sales for promotional food sales. The program includes a starter kit of base merchandise, event merchandise auto-shipped monthly based on subscriptions, step-by-step instructions and video tutorials.

Developed Merchology (an interactive merchandising tool) in collaboration with the culinary and convenience retail teams to ensure compliance.

Oversaw the creative development of the restaurant rotation brand Union Taco and brought it to life. The brand will launch in Sept. 2020.

Directed the creative for multiple photoshoots to develop promotional collateral for various brands; including The Spread, Union Taco, Merchology, and Catering.

Environmental design, merchandising, uniforms, and brand guidelines for multiple brands across Aramark; Simple Spoon, Kitchen Collective, Harvest Table, LifeWorks, The Spread, TLC, The District, and Union Taco.


Levy Restaurants

Manager, Global Style & Merchandising, 2018

Built and launched two online portals to streamline the process for field purchasing teams.

Created annual style guides and smallwares guides as well as bi-annual trend reports to educate the field on trending colors, fashion, materials, and lifestyles.

Research, developed and merchandised product lines for various audiences and locations for Levy’s retail division, Rank + Rally.

Developed staff style, smallwares, and merchandising 200+ venues; Catalina Club, Maker’s Mark Barrel Room, and W Club (Wrigley Field), Rain Forest Food Pavilion & Chowder House (Woodland Park Zoo), Appellation 49 (Levi’s Stadium), etc.

Industrial Designer, 2016 - 2018

Worked as an industrial designer on an interdisciplinary team, providing alternative research and development approaches; such as conducting primary research interviews with patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.

Analyzed research and provided innovative design concepts via product renderings and prototypes.

Projects included bi-pedal ankle therapy, core body temperature measurement, and vibration therapy for wound healing.


University of Illinois, Chicago

Marketing Graduate Assistant, 2017 - 2018

Currently creating and managing fun and informative content for the social media channels of UIC Business while maintaining the voice of the brand. Channels include Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Conducting interviews with faculty, staff, and students to create content unique to UIC Business for an audience of current students, potential students, and the Chicago community.

Media Account Manager, 2014 -2015              

Strategically design, develop, and present effective digital advertising campaigns for large brands, such as Hallmark, MGM Grand, ESPN, and State Farm. 

Oversee and manage the day to day advertising spend of millions of dollars while optimizing campaigns based on performance to go above and beyond a client’s expectations.

Analyze campaign performance data and create illustrations to effectively communicate findings to clients. Present discoveries to clients in a clear and informative manner. 


BAMKO

Accounts Manager, 2012 - 2014                       

Brainstorm, create, and develop original promotional and retail ideas for different budgets, different target audiences, and different clients; including Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, Buyers and Procurement Managers based on user needs.

Managed day to day relationships with more than 20 high profile clients: Zac Brown Band, Brie Larson, Chris Hemsworth, Richard Lewis, Liam Hemsworth, Aisha Tyler, etc. Arranged travel, managed schedules, and created detailed itineraries and advances for numerous clients and managers.

Developed media kits and pitched the various talents of clients to different project executives. Managed accounting and revenues for the television and comedy department.

Production tasks for various client projects, including the filming of stand-up comedy specials.


SAUCE LA

Marketing & Events Coordinator, 2010 - 2011                                                        

Working as an assistant for food and restaurant marketing company, Sauce LA, coordinated the twice sold-out LA Street Food Fest & Artisanal LA, both events with over 70 food vendors and 5,000 attendees, and managed over 20 volunteers.
