Developing an experience that would educate and enrich the lives of San Fransisco locals by creating a wine program, available at each home game, in the Owner’s Suite at Levi’s Stadium (San Fransisco 49ers). By implementing new marketing collateral and visual merchandising, we increased sales by 300% with minimal investment.

Using design research, observation, and interviewing techniques to gain otherwise ignored information about users and the user experience of not only products, but of systems and programs was implemented to come up with this proposal for an active and creative space on the 1st floor of the National Hellenic Museum, resulting in successful visitor engagement.
